Shipping Information

Shipping for online orders is calculated during order entry. Shipping is added to fax orders. We ship via UPS usually the next business day. We are sorry but we cannot ship to PO Boxes at this time.

Free Freight Policy

If your order is being shipped via UPS Ground Service within the continental U.S. and the merchandise total is $300.00 or more, we will pay for all shipping costs. Free shipping excludes all items marked with an asterisk * (i.e oversized crates, exercise pens & cat furniture).

Return Policy

Please open and check your order immediately upon receipt. If product has been damaged in transit or deemed defective please call 800-523-7979 to obtain a return authorization #. Please have your order number available so that we can properly issue credit. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless returned due to damage or defect. No refunds after 30 days.
